What is an AI operating system for a small business?

The short answer It is not something you buy. It is a folder of written instructions your AI reads before every conversation, so it starts out knowing your business instead of guessing. Mine took a day to start and has been added to every day since. There is no product involved.

An AI starts every conversation knowing nothing. Ask it something on Tuesday and it has forgotten Monday — so without this you spend your life re-explaining your own business, and when you under-explain, it fills the gaps with something plausible.

What I actually did

Mine holds the facts about the business — what we sell, who buys it, how we talk to customers — written once, plainly. A file of corrections, so a mistake I fix once does not come back, which is the part that compounds. Written procedures for the jobs I repeat, so I point at the procedure instead of explaining again. Connections to the systems already in use, read-only first. And scheduled jobs that run without me and report back. What it is not is a platform, a licence or a monthly subscription. Everything in it is publicly available to anyone — published documentation, freely available components, and a great deal of reading.

What you can check

Every statistic here is sourced. This is an independent project — no claim of authority or government backing. Written name-light for now.
